It is a spacious open planned, 80 m2 one bedroom. The only one like it in the building, I designed it myself from the start of construction. Great, 180 degree views of beautiful Chiang Mai city, from the Ping river valley around to the Doi Shutept hills. There are 2 large balcony’s facing from the Southeast to Northwest, can sit out and see the sunrise in the morning and sunset at night!
It is a nice central location,10 to 15 minute walk to the famous Nigh Bazaar with many Thai and European restaurants. A new mall beside with KFC, 7/11, salon and coffee shop. My unite is the only one specifically designed as a 1 bedroom open plan corner unite, it has the best views in Chiang Mai.
The large European style teak kitchen is fully equipped with 4 burner stove, full sized oven, coffee maker, micro wave, toaster, glasses, dishes, pots pans, utensils, all you will need.
I have water machine for cold water, can have 18 liter bottles delivered to your room. New modern washing machine with hot and cold water washing temps and 2 large drying racks on the balcony to quickly dry your cloths.
Included are 4 sets of large towels 2 shower and 2 pool as well as extra sheets and duvet cover.
I will include basic weekly maid service for stays of 10 days or longer.
There is a 55″ flat screen tv in living room with 40″ flat screen tv in the bedroom, both have full True Vision cable package, about 100 channels, you won’t find that at a hotel.
3 BB high speed internet is also included in the rental fee.
Three 24 hr security guards, front and back gates, cameras with key cards in elevators and hallways.There are 4 floors of covered secure parking.
As you can see in the photos the 6 th floor quiet pool with water jets. Good for swimming laps or relaxing in the separate water jet pool. The fully equipped gym and 2 his and hers washrooms with saunas. Beside the pool comfortable lounge chairs to relax and suntan,very quiet,nice garden. Looking for weekly or monthly rentals.
